何金波，男，1988年生于湖南郴州。現為湖南大學教育科學研究院副教授。2018年6月畢業于澳門大學教育學院，取得教育學博士學位。博士指導老師為范息濤教授 （香港中文大學深圳校長講席教授, 量化研究方法學家，美國教育研究會會士，谷歌學術引用頻次大于17000，h 因子 = 53）。

現為湖南大學教育科學研究院副教授。2018年6月畢業于澳門大學教育學院，取得教育學博士學位。
